Short Bio
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physics at Sapienza University of Rome in 2023. Currently PhD student (I year) in Chemical Sciences with a PNRR scholarship at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, in collaboration with the CNR-IMM Unit of Rome Tor Vergata. The research activity focuses on the development and characterization of chalcogenide phase-change materials for memristive and neuromorphic applications. The work involves the synthesis of thin films and multilayer structures by RF sputtering and their structural, morphological, and electrical characterization. The aim is to investigate phase-transition mechanisms and optimize material properties for low-power, high-performance memory devices.
